BYL Values
Work Hard
The players will be challenged to work on developing their skills and learn something new every time they pick up their lacrosse stick.
Come ready to work hard and learn at every practice. Give your best to your teammates during game time.
Have Fun and Love Lacrosse
While we are all here to learn the game of lacrosse, our aim is for our players to learn the game in a fun and relaxed environment where they can make friends, develop their skills, learn the meaning of true teamwork and build their confidence in the game of lacrosse.
In order for players to have a positive experience, we aim to place each player at a level that best suits their ability and experience. Why? Because we believe the players progress and enjoy the sport more when they are playing with and against peers at similar levels.
Focus On Teamwork
Lacrosse is a team game. We want to develop players who put the team above themselves and support and inspire their teammates. We want to develop well-rounded coachable athletes who embody our Code of Conduct.
